Ashley Johnson represents Spear Wilderman clients in the area of domestic relations – including divorce, support, custody and protection from abuse actions – as well as related cases such as name changes and Municipal Court criminal matters. She is a member of the Pennsylvania bar. A Philadelphia-area native, Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a minor in Paralegal Studies from Drexel University in 2011. She then completed a two-year accelerated program and earned her J.D. degree from Drexel University Kline School of Law in 2018. Ashley participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic at Philadelphia Legal Assistance during law school, handling custody and protection from abuse problems for indigent clients, and later served as an intern, law clerk and an attorney at a boutique family law firm in Philadelphia handling custody, support and divorce cases. She then worked at the Defender Association of Philadelphia in the Child Advocacy Unit, where she represented children from birth to 21 years of age in dependency matters, gaining a wealth of courtroom experience before joining Spear Wilderman earlier this year.
