Jeremy Meyer has represented labor unions and union benefit funds for over thirty years. In 1996, he began practicing labor law at Edes and Rosen, a small labor side law firm in Chicago. In 2000, he joined Cleary & Josem’s labor practice in Philadelphia. In 2025, Cleary & Josem merged with Spear Wilderman and since the merger, he has continued to serve labor unions and union benefit funds.
Jeremy has represented union clients before the NLRB, the PLRB, PERC, and in arbitration proceedings, as well as representing both union and fund clients in State and Federal court. Jeremy also specializes in ERISA collection practice, representing funds in both delinquency and withdrawal liability cases.
Jeremy is a graduate of Vassar College and Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Jeremy is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of the District of Columbia, the Northern District of Illinois, and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Second, Third and Tenth Circuits.
