Chris Stockton

Chris Stockton is a 1983 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers University and earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School-Camden in 1986, after which he served as a law clerk to Judges Dominick J. Ferrelli and Anthony P. Tunney, Jr. of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Chris specializes in all aspects of family law including divorce, custody and domestic violence. He has served as a Court-appointed mediator and arbitrator in family law matters, and also has extensive experience representing clients in municipal court, handling residential real estate transactions and in the preparation of wills.

A member of the New Jersey, Burlington County and Camden County Bar Associations, Chris also has served as an adjunct professor at the Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, and has served on and chaired the District III-B Fee Arbitration and Ethics Committees.

Chris resides with his wife Katie and their children in Delanco.
