Laina Goldwin graduated from Arizona State University in 2018 and from American University, Washington College of Law in 2024. Laina joined Spear Wilderman in September 2024 focusing solely on family law in our Cherry Hill office, representing clients in all phases of domestic relations, including divorce, custody, and support. During law school, Laina interned at a small female-owned family law firm in Washington, D.C. assisting the firm in obtaining successful results both on motions and in trials. She continued to pursue her passion for family law during her tenure as a law clerk to the Honorable Benjamin Podolnick in the family division from 2023-2024 at the Atlantic City Courthouse. Laina is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. In her spare time, Laina enjoys yoga, reading, and spending time with her two cats, Spinach and Pamphlet.
