Lois Garber Schwartz

Lois Garber Schwartz is the lead attorney in our Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. She received her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1978. She earned her BS degree from Drexel University in Marketing and Business Administration in 1975. Lois has over 30 years’ experience in the domestic relations field and she handles all types of family law matters, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody, child support, visitation and domestic violence cases. Lois is a Master in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court and serves as a Panelist for the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Program in Burlington, Gloucester and Camden counties. Lois is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.
